Once your order has been placed, a welcome email from our partners at BBN3 will direct you to your personal video production portal. It’s important to get started right away! Simply login and complete a simple online questionnaire.

This short form only takes 10 minutes to complete and will ask for some basic information regarding your video:Date, time and location of the shoot Names of persons to be interviewed (Profile and Testimonials only) General questions about your business, product or service The answers you provide will help our creative team plan a unique and engaging video. Don’t worry, there are no wrong answers! You may edit these details up until 48 hours prior to the shoot. If you have questions, our customer service team is there for you 24/7.

Your Dedicated Producer

Within 48 hours of completing the online questionnaire, a producer will be assigned to your video. They will be responsible for managing all the logistics of your shoot and will handle every detail from start to fi nish.

Day of the Shoot

There is very little preparation and minimal interruption to your business on the day of the shoot. The video grapher will arrive at the scheduled time and place and guide you through the process. Relax, it will be a fun!

Approve and Download Your Video
